At BrightSky, we’re committed to sustainability through renewable energy initiatives—including solar power across many of our California communities. In locations with solar programs, the energy generated helps offset costs that support the maintenance and operation of shared community amenities. A portion of the savings is also applied as a credit toward your monthly utility bill.
